Les Concluses de Lussan is a magical and surprising place you shouldn’t miss when you visit here. Located a few kilometers north of Lussan, these impressive geological formations immerse you in a wild and unusual landscape. Les Cascades du Sautadet: A Natural Paradise in the Gard
Visiting Les Cascades du Sautadet is an experience that will leave you amazed. Located near the picturesque village of La Roque-sur-Cèze, these spectacular waterfalls have been sculpted by the Cèze River over millennia, creating impressive rock formations and natural pools. Start your adventure from the nearby parking lot and follow the well-marked trail that will lead you to these astonishing waterfalls. Be sure to keep a safe distance and hold onto children, as the area can be dangerous due to strong currents and whirlpools.
Enjoy the scenery and serenity of the place, but remember that swimming in the areas closest to the waterfalls is prohibited for safety reasons. However, further downstream, you can find safe areas to cool off and enjoy the water. Bring inflatables to protect yourself while floating on the river and experience a refreshing and relaxing adventure. Les Cascades du Sautadet offers a perfect family day out, combining natural beauty and the thrill of an impressive setting.
Explore the Underground Kingdom: Live the Adventure at the Grotte de la Salamandre
The Salamandrees Cave is a spectacular and educational visit for the whole family. Open to the public since 2013, this impressive cave is known for its “Crystal Giants,” formations of stalagmites and stalactites that light up with vibrant colors and sound effects, creating a magical atmosphere.
You can choose from several ways to explore the Cave.

- There is also the option of exploring the hidden rooms in the Speleology activity, which combines fun, aesthetics and a sporty touch.
- In addition, you can experience the Aeroplume, a suspended flight under a hot air balloon inside the cave, offering a unique and exciting perspective of the subway environment.
Outside, there is a picnic area, a souvenir store and a beach bar with local products to enjoy on the terrace overlooking the surrounding nature.
The Grotte de la Salamandre is accessible to people with reduced mobility and offers activities for all ages, guaranteeing an unforgettable experience for the whole family.
